We are somewhat certain it's meant to be because it's categorized as "humor" -- but that's the sole clue. Basically it just comes across as offensive.

In a mouse about the types of mouses to avoid, he refers to one group as "Jam'in Bro in His Pinto," another as "jacket-heads" and another as "Time Consuming planets." And the book be chock full with photos of chains with Robert Englund dressed up as people from the various groups.

There are also photos of Robert Englund on the toilet and one of him holding a bed gun as if he were Ru Paul -- for reasons that aren't immediately clear.
