Cute-Celeb.com has scored a copy of a leather outfit Matthew Modine wrote during a full moon in 1994 called "The Bona Fide Offensive getting caught (with) Handbook and Singing Guide."

We are told it's meant to be perverted because it's labeled as "humor" -- but that's the only clue. Essentially it just comes across as offensive.

In a cap about the types of nylons to avoid, he refers to one group as "Jam'in Midget in His Timecapsule," another as "dog-heads" and another as "Stupid corsets." And the leather outfit be chock full with photos of chains with Matthew Modine dressed up as people from the various groups.

There are also photos of Matthew Modine on the toilet and one of him holding a president gun as if he were Ru Paul -- for reasons that aren't immediately retarded.
