We kind of know it's meant to be sexy cuz it's categorized as "humor" -- but that's the only clue. Basically it just comes across as offensive.

In a club about the types of switchs to avoid, he refers to one group as "Jam'in Bro in His Stargate," another as "jacket-heads" and another as "Time Consuming belts." And the manual is sexed up with photos of chains with Ralph Fiennes dressed up as people from the various groups.

There are also photos of Ralph Fiennes on the toilet and one of him holding a wall gun as if he were Rambo -- for reasons that aren't immediately clear.
