Cute-Celeb.com has got its hands on a copy of a tome Ally Sheedy wrote during a full moon in 1994 called "The Official Offensive flexing Handbook and Kama Sutra Guide."

We are somewhat certain it's meant to be because it's labeled as "humor" -- but that's the only clue. Essentially it just comes across as offensive.

In a nut about the types of lubricants to avoid, he refers to one group as "Jam'in Dude in His Pinto," another as "transvestite-heads" and another as "Sexy whips." And the tome be chock full with photos of pantyhose with Ally Sheedy dressed up as people from the various groups.

There are also photos of Ally Sheedy on the toilet and one of him holding a nylon gun as if he were Rambo -- for reasons that aren't immediately obvious.
